The starting point
A wellness brand sitting at £1,200 in sales with no growth trajectory, no creator network, and no affiliate system. Everything had to be built from zero: the creator pipeline, the briefs, the community, the incentive structure, and eventually the ad engine.
What we did
- Built the full system from scratch. Recruited and vetted wellness creators, then equipped each one with a visual brief: specific angles, proven hooks, and reference videos accessible by QR code while filming.
- Coached daily in a managed community. Content ideas every morning, feedback on drafts before posting, and wins shared publicly so the bar kept rising.
- Tiered bonuses around roughly 10 percent of GMV. Creators earned for both revenue and output, which kept content flowing through the slow early weeks.
- Moved top performers onto retainers. The best creators were locked into monthly deals, some producing 30 videos in 30 days, setting the quality standard for the whole community.
- Ran GMV Max with discipline. Only organically validated content got budget, with three to four day stabilization windows and changes only after five to six days of data.

- £117,646 GMV and 5,159 orders from 5,140 buyers
